All terms and conditions transfer to app stores, self hosted and 3rd party stores that Cilithocal Game Studios LLC provides products and services on. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC may update their Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with a date stamp.
Cilithocal Game Studios LLC provides online services that are not guaranteed to be up or may be interrupted by 3rd party services that are used to run these services. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC is not liable with any downtime or inability to access services that it provides. Periods of down are not due for any refunds or compensation in time lost while using Cilithocal Game Studios LLC services.
All services provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, go through progressive updates aimed at improving the services provided. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, does not provide a guarantee that these updates improve a previous state of a service and may lead to downtime. These updates may incur major changes to how products work and may remove features due to lack of usage, compatibility, instability, and providing an evolving service of wants and needs from the current and future customer base. Ciithocal Game Studios LLC exercises its right to cease any services for any condition.
Users (anyone who accesses / buys / uses products and services provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC) are responsible for the stability of software based on their hardware configuration. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC is not liable for any suggested configurations, misconfiguration or adjustments made by the users that cause harm to their hardware or potential data loss. Users are responsible to make sure their software (drivers, system files, operating systems) are up-to-date and configured correctly. Tempering, reverse engineering, purposely disrupting any network that is used to provide services, are fully forbidden on Cilithocal Game Studios LLC online services. Users are free to research, inspect, learn from any services provided as long as it does not disrupt other users who are using the services.

Cilithocal Account (Ci Account)
You may need to have an online user account with Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, and/or 3rd party service with and only with currently supported platforms to access services provided. These platforms are denoted on the products and services that are provided to the user. Users are solely responsible for their online accounts and recovery of accounts if credentials are lost. Services are provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC for retreiving accounts hosted by them with no gurantee of retrevial. Reterival is based on confidence of users providing enough details to prove authenticatity of an account they are trying to retreive.
Any user information obtained from Cilithocal Game Studios LLC services or information from 3rd party services sent to Cilithocal Game Studios LLC will remain private and retrievable only by that user. This data is accessible under their Cilithocal profile. Users who want to remain anonymous have that option under their Cilithocal profile. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC guarantees their personal information will not be sold, publicly displayed, nor sent to any other individual or group. User information may be deleted by the user under their profile or by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, reserves the right to delete user profiles / accounts for any reason. The reason will be sent to the user at the time of their account deletion via email. If a parent or guardian is concerned for a user who is under 14 years of age they may delete and retrieve the account information under said user's profile.
User Conduct
When using any service or product provided to the public domain by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, you agree that you will not:
- Violate any law, rule or regulation. This includes local jurisdictions relating to Cilithocal Game Studios LLC country of origin (United States of America), and all resulting users' country of origins based on the events that are in question.

Examples include using vulgar or harassing language, being abusive, excessive shouting (all caps), spamming, flooding or hitting the return key repeatedly.
- Promote or engage in hate speech.
- Publish, post, upload or distribute any content, such as a topic, name, screen name, avatar, persona, or other material or information, that Cilithocal Game Studios LLC will determine is inappropriate, abusive in any form, or unlawful in any country relating to one's self and any other users involved at the time. Groups of users (moderators, admins, councils) may be formed which will have the same power as Cilithocal Game Studios LLC to determine correction for the event. - Promote by publishing or posting religious or non-religious beliefs or political agendas that do not fit into the scope of a game or service on the Cilithocal Game Studios LLC network that ultimately would lead to divisions in user groups.
- Post a message for any purpose other than personal communication. Prohibited messages include advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes and other types of solicitation or commercial activities.

- Creating false reports to be reviewed by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC.
- Attempt to obtain, or phish for, a password, account information, or other private information from anyone else on the Cilithocal Game Studios LLC network.
- Make use of any payment methods or refund systems to access, purchase or refund for fraudulent purposes, or without permission of the authorized owner, or otherwise concerning a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.

This includes reverse IP lookups or network tracing to find a user's location.
- Promote, encourage or take part in any prohibited activity described above.
If any one of these actions are taken by a user, it will result in an immediate deletion of their account and prevent any refunds of items previously bought. This includes any balances / currencies that may still exist in the account that would have been eligible for transfer. Additionally, the users IP or identifactions that were obtained will be used to keep the user off the network till Cilithocal Game Studios LLC deemed safe for that identification information to be removed from blocking lists. Users must act upon themself to understand these terms and conditions no matter the availability of language. Users may use 3rd party tools to translate this Terms And Conditions agreement for better understanding.
