General Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions manage the use of proprietary software, online services, and video games provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC. These terms apply to products and services Cilithocal provides, including through its website and, where applicable, alongside third-party storefronts. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date stamp on this page.

By creating a Cilithocal account, accessing our websites, or downloading, installing, or playing our games, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Cilithocal Game Studios LLC provides online services that are not guaranteed to be available at all times and may be interrupted by third-party services used to run them. Cilithocal is not liable for downtime or inability to access its own services, except where prohibited by applicable law. Periods of downtime do not entitle users to refunds or compensation for time lost while using Cilithocal services, except where required by applicable law (including EU/EEA consumer law for digital content, where it applies).

All services provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC go through progressive updates aimed at improving those services. Cilithocal does not guarantee that updates improve a previous state of a service and updates may cause downtime. Updates may change how products work and may remove features due to lack of usage, compatibility, instability, or evolving product needs. Cilithocal reserves the right to modify or cease any services, subject to applicable law.

Users (anyone who accesses, buys, or uses products and services provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC) are responsible for the stability of software based on their hardware configuration. Cilithocal is not liable for suggested configurations, misconfiguration, or adjustments made by users that cause harm to their hardware or potential data loss. Users are responsible for keeping drivers, system files, and operating systems up to date and correctly configured. Tampering, reverse engineering, or purposely disrupting any network used to provide services is forbidden on Cilithocal online services. Users may research, inspect, and learn from services provided so long as doing so does not disrupt other users.

All software and services provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC are for individual, personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, reused, or redistributed as another service without permission. For special permissions, contact us at https://cilithocal.com/contact.

License and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, Cilithocal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play our games and use related services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Cilithocal Game Studios LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, games, websites, brands, and related content, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

Purchases, Refunds, and Third-Party Stores

Many Cilithocal games and in-app purchases are sold through third-party platforms such as Steam, the Apple App Store, and Google Play. Those purchases are processed by the applicable platform, not by Cilithocal. Payment, billing, delivery, and refund requests for store purchases are governed by that platform’s terms and refund policies. Cilithocal does not control those platform payment systems and is not responsible for approving or denying refunds for purchases made through third parties.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EU/EEA digital-content and consumer-protection rules where they apply. If you purchased through a third-party store, please use that store’s support and refund process first. Cilithocal Account (Ci Account)

You may need an online user account with Cilithocal Game Studios LLC and/or a third-party platform currently supported for a product. Supported platforms are denoted on the products and services provided. Users are solely responsible for their accounts and for recovery if credentials are lost. Cilithocal may provide account-recovery assistance for accounts it hosts, with no guarantee of retrieval. Retrieval depends on users providing enough detail to reasonably verify authenticity of the account.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Users who want to remain anonymous may use options available under their Cilithocal profile where offered. Cilithocal does not sell personal information. User information may be deleted by the user under their profile or by Cilithocal as described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Cilithocal reserves the right to suspend or delete user profiles or accounts for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be sent to the user via email. If a parent or guardian is concerned for a user under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age under applicable law), they may contact us to request deletion or access consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

User Conduct

When using any service or product provided by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any law, rule, or regulation, including laws of the United States and of your country of residence as applicable.
• Interfere with or disrupt any service or any server or network used to provide service to Cilithocal Game Studios LLC.
• Hack, reverse engineer, or access information that was protected from the public by circumventing security measures.
• Use any software or service that damages, interferes with, or interrupts a service Cilithocal provides or requires to function, including other users’ computers or property. This includes denial-of-service attacks, spamming, hacking, or uploading viruses, worms, Trojan horses, cancelbots, spyware, malware, corrupted files, or time bombs.
• Interfere with or disrupt another player’s use of a service, including disruption of gameplay, chat, or dialogue. Examples include vulgar or harassing language, abuse, excessive shouting (all caps), spamming, flooding, or repeatedly hitting return.
• Promote or engage in hate speech.
• Publish, post, upload, or distribute any content (such as a topic, name, screen name, avatar, persona, or other material) that Cilithocal determines is inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful. Moderators or similar groups may assist with enforcement; Cilithocal retains final authority.
• Promote religious or political agendas on Cilithocal services in a way that is outside the scope of the game or service and that creates harmful divisions among users.
• Post a message for any purpose other than personal communication. Prohibited messages include advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and other solicitation or commercial activities.
• Impersonate or imply that you are an employee or representative of Cilithocal Game Studios LLC.
• Create false reports to be reviewed by Cilithocal Game Studios LLC.
• Attempt to obtain, or phish for, a password, account information, or other private information from anyone else on Cilithocal services.
• Make use of any payment methods or refund systems to access, purchase, or refund for fraudulent purposes, without permission of the authorized owner, or otherwise in connection with unlawful activity.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device or process to access services for scraping, abusing services, bulk account creation, or copying material.
• Modify any file or stream that Cilithocal relies on to operate its games or services, except where specifically authorized.
• Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools (including “auto,” “macro,” botting, hack, or cheat software), or use exploits, bugs, or problems in a service to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engage in unfair competitive behavior such as boosting, collusion, or matchmaking manipulation.
• Use publicly available information about users (game handles, leaderboards, contest winners, forums, social posts) to attempt to identify them in the real world, including reverse IP lookups or network tracing to find a user’s location.
• Promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described above.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of the account and loss of access to related content or purchases on Cilithocal-operated services, to the extent permitted by law and by applicable third-party store terms. Cilithocal may block identifiers reasonably associated with abuse. Users are responsible for understanding these Terms; third-party translation tools may be used for convenience but do not change the English version, which controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cilithocal games, websites, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cilithocal Game Studios LLC and its officers, members, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Cilithocal’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid directly to Cilithocal for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-waivable EU/EEA consumer rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (including in the EU/EEA) may still apply where they cannot be waived. Subject to those mandatory rights, courts located in New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
